The Youth Paralympic Games Russian Open.
Children Social Fund "Republic Sport" with the support of Federal Agency for Physical Culture and Sports, All-Russian Voluntary Society “Sport Russia”, the Government of Moscow Region organizes the Youth Paralympic Games Russian Open.
The Games will be held in Moscow in October 19-23, 2008. This is a truly unique project in the history of Paralympic movement, as the Games of Disabled Children will be held for the very first time.
Children eith disabilities will compete in the following sport activities:
- football;
- goalball;
- judo;
- athletics;
- table tennis;
- swimming;
In the Youth Paralympic Games Russian Open are going to participate teams of disabled children from various countries, such as Russia, France, CIS and Baltic States.
The Final games of All Russian Orphan's Mini-football Tournament started in Moscow.

The Final games of All Russian Orphan's Mini-football Tournament started in Moscow on Saturday October, 27.
8 teams of boys and 4 teams of girls take part in the competitions in the football stadium "Spartak" in Sokolniki.
According to the sortition boys teams were divided into two groups. Group A: "Happy Ball" (Sverdlovsky reg.), "Tigres" (Khabarovsky reg.), "Spassk" (Penza reg.), "Siberian Cadet Corps" (Novosibirsk). Group B: "Negino" (Bryansk reg.), "Fortune" (Moscow), "Vyborg side" (St-Petersburg), "Milan" (Rostov reg.).
After the first two rounds the leaders are: girls - "Kubanochka" (Krasnodar reg.) with 6 points, boys - "Siberian Cadet Corps" (Novosibirsk) and "Negino" (Bryansk reg.).
The key games in groups, semi-finals and final will take place on Sunday October, 28. The games start at 10.00.
